Youth Workers’ Mobility in Romania

From 8–15 January 2026, a transnational mobility for youth workers will take place in Troianul, Romania, within the project Empowering Rural Communities: Youth-Led Spaces for Transformation, co-funded by Erasmus+ KA210-YOU.

Purpose & scope

The mobility focuses on strengthening competencies of youth workers in managing rural youth spaces and on exchanging good practices among partners from Poland, Romania and Bulgaria. For detailed logistics and session flow, please check the INFOPACK and the AGENDA.

What’s planned?

• Workshops and training sessions on participatory methods and community animation,
• learning about practical approaches to working with young people in vulnerable contexts,
• co-creating educational modules to be implemented across the three countries,
• integration with local volunteers and the Troianul youth space team.
