What you’ll do & learn
An intensive 7-day training in a functioning Youth Space in Romania. Over one week you’ll combine workshops and field practice: assessing youth needs, planning the activity offer and duty schedules in the youth space, volunteer management, budgeting and safety, cooperation with the municipality and local partners, and meaningful inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. You’ll test engagement methods, design actions to implement back home, and learn how to track outcomes. You leave with ready-to-use tools, a mini development plan for your own space, and a Youthpass certificate.

Who can join & who we’re looking for
We are recruiting 5 participants from Poland who work with young people (NGOs, institutions, informal groups), especially from rural areas and/or with experience supporting youth with fewer opportunities.
The mobility brings together teams from Poland (PL), Romania (RO) and Bulgaria (BG), for a total of 15 participants.
Project goal
This mobility is part of “Empowering Rural Communities: Youth-Led Spaces for Transformation (ERC)”. The goal is to strengthen youth workers’ competencies in rural areas and to develop youth-led spaces that boost inclusion, agency and civic participation of young people in their communities.
Why it’s worth it
- Practice first: learn inside a real Youth Space (less theory, more doing).
- Ready tools: scenarios, templates and your own mini development plan.
- Network: peers from PL–RO–BG and exchange of good practices.
- Recognition: Youthpass certificate.
- Funding: stay and travel co-funded under Erasmus+.
Travel & logistics
- Group travel from Poland by bus: we organise a shared bus for selected participants (route and pick-up points provided after selection).
- Accommodation: Roșiori de Vede (twin rooms); daily transfers to Troianul Youth Space provided by the organiser.
- Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner + coffee breaks.
